About

Led from the top, staffed precisely.

I am a brand strategist and creative leader. I ran my own studio, Enter360, at every scale, and worked as strategist and fractional CMO for several clients at once, most often reporting directly to the founder. What has not changed is that I lead the work, and that it gets measured at the end.

How I work

How I find the story

I find the story in the interviews. I do pre-interviews first, then have the client raise the viewer's objections on camera and answer them, so the story does the selling and nobody feels sold. The best material is rarely on my list. When a better story shows up, I pivot to it.

The teams

My teams are made up of the best storytellers, filmmakers, creatives and marketers in the country, sized to the project, but always at the top of their game. I have run twenty-person teams, hired and let people go, and built and trained clients' own marketing departments until they could run alone.

The crew I bring with me

Today I work with a team of AI agents I built and direct: fourteen named agents, two project managers, and Winston, my assistant, who answers my phone. I bring in human specialists when a job needs them.

Meet the whole crew

Before the studio

I was a top-producing real estate broker for ten years and brought buyer agency to Manitoba, among the first in Canada. I also founded and chaired Anola Pro Development, a coalition that secured water and sewer for more than 1,000 homes after eight years of lobbying.

I'm based in Austin, and I've shot across the U.S. and Canada, Central America, Africa and the Arctic.

The record

Three cities, one studio
Where it started

Winnipeg

I started Enter360 as a virtual reality production company and grew it into a full-service agency and development studio of about twenty people. The SWFA, FOXPRO, and EyeTech engagements come from this era, along with the Umbilical platform and an advisory seat in retail technology.

Twelve years

Los Angeles

I expanded the studio into production: branded content, documentaries, and series for Amazon and Wild TV, and brand films for clients like EPI Construction and Rockspring Capital. I also produced and directed reenactment episodes of a Discovery ID true-crime series. I wrote a feature screenplay, CORNERED, in this period too, and it was optioned.

Now

Austin, Texas

Engagements for companies across Texas and beyond, from The Ranch at Camp Ka Hui 'Ana to Bryant Custom, plus software and AI products I built myself with a team of AI agents: CallTuneAI, PREYR, and Doubleback.

Writing

Film and television

Undo Influence

I wrote the pilot and story bible for a comedy series about advertising, and packaged it. It was runner-up at the Hollywood Pitch Fest, and I pitched it to CBS three times. It opened doors in Los Angeles.

CORNERED

A feature screenplay, a contained supernatural thriller set in an asylum. I wrote it, built the budgets, pitch deck and investor materials, and it was optioned and came close to production twice. corneredmovie.net

The pitch package was part of the pitch. I had a Georgia company that makes real straitjackets build miniature ones that hold the script, and I hand-painted every sleeve myself. One studio producer framed his and hung it on his wall. He called it the coolest pitch package he had ever seen.

RED SEA

A short thriller, based on my feature script, about a man who sets off across the Pacific from Marina del Rey with a woman he has just fallen for. In development.

I have also written short scripts and treatments across comedy, thriller and horror. Scripts are available on request.

Both sides of the camera

I have written, directed, produced, shot and acted. I trained as an actor to become a better director, and I'm a SAG-AFTRA member, with roles including AMC's Hell on Wheels. I have lit, shot and cut my own films as well. Writing and directing are my specialty; knowing every job on a set is what lets me lead the people doing them. My credits are on IMDb.

How I break a story

Every scene on a card, on the wall, until the structure holds. It is the same way I build a brand narrative.

Endorsements

What clients and partners say

"Had a great meeting with new clients from a Jewish school and synagogue on a large 10 mil project this morning. They all were very impressed with the film so it's doing its job well. They said it was like they had already met us. Thanks for getting us to this next level."

Gary Blackwell, President, EPI Construction

"[Enter360] did extensive research to understand our private equity real estate platform, then distilled it into a meaningful marketing strategy and an exceptional corporate video. [Their] professionalism and technical expertise far exceeded our expectations."

Jim McAlister, CEO, Rockspring

"This is one of the best show openers to come across my desk in a long time. You immediately hooked me emotionally via Tink's reflective attitude and I wanted to share in his memories and adventures. Then you moved into gripping action and some fun camaraderie. Loved it!"

Helgie Eymundson, Head of Programming, Sportsman Channel

"[Enter360] produced our first 300 page catalog. Then [they] managed to get a quote for printing 100k catalogs that was 3x less than my closest quote here in Dallas. [They] could have kept it as profit but deducted it from our invoice. This set the tone for a partnership that lasted nearly a decade."

Chris Farris, SWFA, Riflescopes.com, Super Sniper Optics

"[Enter360] was a fantastic producing partner and [the] team worked tirelessly to bring Minii Ayam to life. I was very impressed with their technical mastery and eye for detail. They simply saw things and set a standard for the production that was beyond anything I have seen."

Mike Axelrad, Host and Co-Executive Producer, Minii Ayam

"[Enter360] went way above and beyond our expectations. We needed a rebrand and a new website, but [they] convinced me to do a bio-documentary as part of the strategy. When the film was released on Amazon, things went to a whole new level."

Mike Bryant, Bryant Custom

"[The Enter360 team] work hard and won't stop until the job is done. They know production inside and out."

Geoff Browne, Boundless Light Productions Inc.

"We certainly have noticed an increase in business since launching the new site and hiring [Enter360] to handle our advertising. [They] really know [their] stuff!"
